Amber sesame from Ispica

The Ispicese variety has a small seed, amber color and intense flavour.
Sesame is an important ingredient: it is found in the recipes of breads, biscuits and flavors many dishes.
In particular, Ispica sesame is used to prepare cobaita (or giuggiulena), the festive nougat, based on honey, sugar and sesame.
Product packaged in vacuum bags or in a protective atmosphere.
Keep away from heat sources. After opening it can be stored in the closed bag in the fridge. In these conditions it lasts about a year.
