The Rottame variety is the broken grapes coming from the shelling, peeling and processing of the almond, which also has all the organoleptic properties of the whole almond.

Only for the shape it is transformed first into flour and then used to prepare biscuits, almond paste, granitas, almond milk, etc.. 


To maintain the organoleptic and chemical-physical properties of the products unaltered, we recommend closing the package after use and storing it in the fridge. So it lasts about a year
