ALMOND CV TUONO SICILIANA - Shelled

The CV TUONO Almond was born in Sicily in the provinces of Syracuse, Ragusa and Agrigento. It contains a significant % of proteins, B vitamins, magnesium, iron and calcium. The TUONO variety is round in shape, of excellent quality, has a sweet flavor but compared to all other almond varieties it is less rich in oil. It is strongly recommended for the preparation of nougat and as a snack because it does not contain bitter grapes. Product packaged in vacuum bags or in a protective atmosphere.
To maintain the organoleptic and chemical-physical properties of the products unaltered, we recommend closing the package after use and storing it in the fridge. So it lasts about a year.
