CV ROMANA ALMOND - Shelled

The ROMAN almond is one of the 3 most prized cultivars in the world, because it is born and grows in the Avola area in the province of Syracuse.
Like Cv Pizzuta d'Avola, it contains 3 times more than other Sicilian almonds:
Vitamin E, unsaturated fats, magnesium, calcium and proteins. It is energetic, anti-inflammatory, helps the calcification of bones during pregnancy and menopause. It relieves menstrual disorders and is a natural antidepressant.
The Cv Romana almond is round in shape and rich in oil. It has a very sweet flavor but has a small percentage of bitter grapes which actually make the results of your preparations better.
Recommended for the preparation of desserts or a good, high quality vegetable milk and as a snack.
Product packaged in vacuum bags or in a protective atmosphere.
To maintain the organoleptic and chemical-physical properties of the products unaltered, we recommend closing the package after use and storing it in the fridge. So it lasts about a year.
