Sicilian carob flour

It is a truly natural food, rich in proteins, vitamins (A, D, B1, B2, B3), mineral salts (calcium, magnesium, potassium).
Its use is recommended in the preparation of confectionery products and can be used in addition to durum wheat flour, in bread-making and in fresh pasta. It is also recommended in naturalistic diets as an alternative sweetener, suitable for the diet of diabetics and celiacs.
Carob flour has beneficial properties for health as an antioxidant, natural hypocholesterolemic and satiating and is used as an intestinal regulator.
Product packaged in food bag. Keep away from heat sources. After opening, the flour can be closed in the bag and stored in a cool, dry place. In these conditions the duration is approximately one year.
